Where i found order status ?
We will always inform you about every step in the processing of your order via e-mail.
Immediately after sending the order in the e-shop, you will receive a message about the receipt of your order.
After we carefully pack your goods and hand them over to the delivery service, you will receive a message about the processing of your order.
After the delivery service picks up your package and places it for delivery, it will inform you directly by e-mail and SMS.
Therefore, it is very important to enter these data correctly.
If you feel that for technical reasons you did not receive e-mail messages about the order status, you can also check the status in the administrative interface.
If you register during registration, just log in and click on My Orders in the menu.
After clicking My orders, you will see all the orders placed in the e-shop. With each order, you can download an invoice or even track the shipment directly in the administration.
