1. CONTACT US

Please write to us at info@veloportal-stores.com and describe your issue with the product in as much detail as possible. If possible, kindly include photos as well. Providing your order number will help expedite the process.

2. LEAVE THE GOODS AT THE COLLECTION POINT

Within 24 hours of receiving your complaint notification, we will send you an ID code. Simply provide this ID code to the operator at any Packet collection point and hand over the packaged goods—free of charge.

There's no need to worry about printing a label or filling out a data sheet; you only need to hand over the package to the collection point operator and provide the ID that will be sent to you via SMS or email.

3. WE WILL REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE GOODS

After assessing your claim, we will process the exchange of the goods, typically within 3 business days. If we do not have a replacement in stock, we will issue a refund.

I WANT TO RETURN THE GOODS

If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, please inform us at info@veloportal-stores.com and include your IBAN for the refund.

Next, kindly send the goods to the address specified in our business conditions. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned shipment.
