Repairs & claims
1. CONTACT US.
Write to us at info@veloportal.sk and describe your problem with the goods in as much detail as possible.
If possible, please also send us photos. You will speed up the process if you also write your order number.
2. LEAVE THE GOODS AT THE COLLECTION POINT
Within 24 hours of receiving the complaint notification, we will send you an ID code that you just need to dictate to the operator of any Packet collection point and hand over the packaged goods. Free.
You don't have to worry about printing a label or writing out a data sheet, you only need to hand over the package to the collection point operator and dictate the ID that will be sent to you by SMS/e-mail.
3. WE WILL REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE GOODS
After assessing your claim, we will exchange the goods for you, usually within 3 working days. If we don't have a replacement in stock, we'll refund your money.
I WANT TO RETURN THE GOODS
If you want to use your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods, please inform us about it at info@veloportal.sk and include your IBAN for a refund.
Then please send the goods to the address given in the business conditions. We will return the money to you within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
