Each ampoule of Super Magnesium Liquid® contains 280 mg of magnesium and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6. Ideal to use especially after training and during the regeneration phase. Magnesium is an essential mineral that is more important for the health of the body. It acts against fatigue, supports muscle activity and participates in protein biosynthesis and the functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Ingredients: water, fructose, magnesium lactate, magnesium citrate, orange juice concentrate (3%), citric acid, preservatives (potassium sorbate), sweetener ( sucralose ), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Instructions for use: take 1 dose before or after training.

Recommended daily dose: take max. 1 dose per day.
