Shadow RD+ construction derailleur. Improved radiation performance. Lower noise. Larger 13 tooth pulleys. Lower rear derailleur preload on lower cassette cogs to prevent excessive chain tension on those gears. Designed for a combination of 1x12 gears with a 10-45 and 10-51 teeth cassette.
