The SEEMEE 508 radar tail light is the result of long-term research and development of cutting-edge scientific and technological products and intelligent solutions. The device receives pulsed millimeter wave signals and has a 40° beam angle, which is capable of recognizing vehicles up to 140 m away, even when cornering. It features an intelligent vibration sensor and sufficient luminosity for day and night riding. The SEEMEE 508 has a wide 220° viewing angle with a visibility of up to 1.2 km and effective warning of approaching vehicles, ensuring safe riding.
Through the standard ANT+ radar protocol, the SEEMEE 508 can be connected to cycle computers, watches or other display devices. The device provides visual and audible warnings via the display of vehicles approaching from behind up to a distance of 140 meters, helping riders stay fully alert. If a vehicle approaches within 140 m, the rear light will switch to flashing mode, warning the approaching vehicle to keep a safe distance and thus protecting the cyclist from safety risks. SEEMEE 508 is also equipped with a built-in, highly precise accelerator that detects braking quickly enough and identifies even slight braking with a 3-second flash, ignoring shocks and small bumps to avoid false activation. The light will go into sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity and will automatically activate upon any repeated vibrations. Operating the SEEMEE 508 is very simple. A long press of the switch turns the rear light on and off, and a short press allows you to cycle through 6 modes (STEAD LIGHT, FLASHING, PULSE, PELOTONE, ROTATION, RADAR ONLY). Using the MAGENE Utility APP, you can preset the radar on/off in any lighting mode for your preferred setting. The flash/pulse interval and exclusive mode can also be customized. With the quarter-turn mount, the SEEMEE 508 can be attached or detached with a simple twist. The integrated rubber pad is compatible with round D-shaped aero seatposts. The safety cord prevents damage from accidental unlocking. The light is powered by a rechargeable battery with a battery life of up to 16 hours and the popular USB-C charging port with fast charging function.
