Once the delivery service picks up your package and schedules it for delivery, they will inform you directly via email and SMS.

If you believe you haven't received email notifications about the order status due to technical issues, you can also check the status in your account interface.

If you registered during the checkout process, simply log in and click on 'My Orders' in the menu.

After clicking on 'My Orders,' you will see all the orders you've placed in the e-shop. For each order, you can download the invoice and track the shipment directly within your account.
